Approached by our client with the task of converting a unit within a listed building, in to the home of fast food outlet Wok to Walk. This project saw us presented with a unique set of challenges… As with construction in any listed building, the designs must be sympathetic to the heritage of the asset, however trying to design a kitchen into a basement and provide adequate extraction, becomes quite a difficult task! Needless to say, it is one we overcame. Thankfully the design of ground floor restaurant fell much more within our wheelhouse!
