Each project tells a story of Yorkshire design – rooted in place, yet forward-looking in ambition.
This property helped to bring a little bit of Yorkshire over the border into the historic red rose county. This modern family home showcases Yorkshire sandstone at its very best using a combination of ashlar and walling stone to construct the dwelling.
This garden room constructed from brick and oak to complement the existing house and gardens. The internals have been fitted out with blackened oak cabinetry, kitchen and raw oak cladding to give a contemporary alpine feel.
This multi award winning project is home to senior partner Mark Lee located in Hall Bower, Huddersfield. Converted from water tank in the early 1990s, the project’s striking design has both stood the test of time and evolved as the years have progressed. Nearly 30 years on from completion, it is a perfect example of what One17 have to offer.
