DEVOUR, a new Italian culinary lifestyle brand nestled on the banks of the River Holme, in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire is set to open its doors to the public on the 12th of December 2018.

ONE17 were first approached in early 2017 by Devour’s founder, Olivia Robinson, and were set the task of converting a redundant woodturning mill into a culinary hub where friends and family can immerse themselves in Italian food culture.  Olivia had her own very clear vision for the project; an eatery, delicatessen, coffee/cocktail bar and cookery school. Customers will be able to enjoy a selection of fresh daily handmade pastas, homemade freshly churned gelato and wood-fired pizzas, using the finest locally sourced ingredients.
