The Trust has considerable flexibility, but aims primarily to support local people.
Our priorities are:
- Helping people who are disadvantaged by reasons of poverty, ill health, disability or age (both young and old).
- Advancing education. We are particularly interested in furthering the appreciation of design and the built environment and are also passionate about the educational value of travel.
- Supporting small local charities without significant income that are run primarily by keen and active volunteers.
- Supporting projects where small amounts of funding can help realise ambitions and goals that can make a positive impact on people’s lives.
We are firm believers in hard work and determination and as such we are keen to support those groups or individuals who work hard to achieve their goals.
We can provide:
- Small one off grants
- Small regular grants
- In kind support
